Dr. Isaacs’ current practice focuses on general health care for older adults, group practice management, patient centered medical homes, and helping MMP adjust to the changing healthcare environment.
Dr. Isaacs spent large portions of his first 20 years in practice dedicated to long-term care and hospice care and continues to assist his patients with chronic illness management and end of life issues. He has been medical director at several local long-term care facilities including Burcham Hills and Eaton County Medical Care Facility.
Dr. Isaacs is married to Carol Isaacs, a local attorney who has spent many years in State government and is Michigan’s Chief Deputy Attorney General. They have three grown children and four grandchildren. Dr. Isaacs’ favorite avocation is fly fishing.
