Biography
Dr. Kara Hoisington graduated from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Erie, PA in 2004.She completed her Internal Medicine residency at InghamRegionalMedicalCenter through the Michigan State University College of Medicine Program and her Endocrinology Fellowship at Mt.ClemensRegionalMedicalCenter.Dr. Hoisington is both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology Board Certified.She is also Clinical Densitometry Certified.
Dr. Hoisington joined MMP in the fall of 2009.She joins the practice of Dr. David Hoisington, Dr. Peter Luea, Dr. Batool Mire, and Dr. David Waterson.Dr. Kara Hoisington provides evaluation, diagnosis, and long-term management for disorders of the endocrine system.She also has experience in pediatric endocrinology.
Dr. Hoisington is married to Timothy Wulff and together they have made their home in Grand Ledge, MI.When she has some free time, Dr. Hoisington enjoys a good game of tennis and/or playing the piano.
